Licensing information
The licensing cost for accessing and utilizing our Service is structured as follows:

• For up to 20 users: £118 per month.
• For 21 or more users: £133 per month.

This Service is provided on a monthly rolling contract basis. The license fee will be due and invoiced each month in advance, along with any other services provided by Web Clinica to the customer.

Modification of Fees
Web Clinica reserves the right to revise fees with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after the fee changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Billing errors must be reported within 14 days.

Termination of License
Web Clinica may suspend or terminate your license for failure to comply with these terms or pay fees.
